I am looking for Homeplus stores in Seoul?

I believe the closest Homeplus store to Gangnam-gu is Jamsil Branch(홈플러스 잠실점).

Take the subway line #2(the green line) and get off at Jamsil Station(잠실역). Then use exit number 8 or 9 to get out. It takes 5 minutes to the store from the station on foot.

Gangnam basically has everything, as it is the busiest "central" area of Seoul.

You don't even have to visit HomePlus to buy home-related stuff; just visit a nearby department store - Samsung Plaza, Lotte Department Store, etc.

I strongly recommend you go to the Lotte Department Store at Jamsil; it is only about 15 minutes away from Gangnam by subway. If you walk down the main streets of Gangnam, you will most likely find a subway station or a bus station.

By the way, the Lotte Department Store has more choices + better quality items than HomePlus.
