I need to loose ALOT of weight before summer?
i'm like obese, i swear to god
i'm 159 pounds
and i'm 5'9"
i don't have that much flab,
but i mean, COME ON,
159 sounds kind of high

You're not THAT fat, sounds like just a little overweight, which I actually prefer to really thin people. Just do more sports and don't eat junk food and you'll look fit, which is still possible with some extra body fat.
If you really just want to lose weight, then the simple but hard to follow formula is to burn more calories than you take in, but don't exceed a difference of 500 calories per day, or it is unhealthy.

Get running! Go for a jog early in the morning or evening, run up hill whenever you can because going up hill loses a lot of fat fast.
you can also buy weights, they are pretty cheap and help tone you up quick, do them every other day.
you could buy an exercise video.
do yoga.
take a class in kick boxing or anything you fancy.
go to a gym with a friend.
there are tons of options. oh and eat healthy.

you have too do three things, eat alot less, eat alot healthier and exercise alot.
eat 1200 calories a day or less. personally i eat 800 a day but i wouldn't suggest that because it isn't healthy.
eat alot of berries (limit you amount of bananas and apples though)
eat alot of vegetables (not potatoes or peas)
eat fish quite often
eat chicken often
dont eat red meat (hotdogs, ham, steak, hamburger meat, ect)
drink 8 glasses or more of water a day
dont drink anything but water
(optional: you can have black coffee everyday , V8 juice once a day, diet pop 3 times a week)
dont have fast food
be carfeull what you eat at restauraunt
dont eat fried food
dont use butter (very little if you have too)
dont eat greasy food
do 45 minutes of cardio a 3 times week (go on a walker, take spinning classes, join a gym and use a cardio machine, take a fast/mild past jog)
do situps, lunges and crunches in your spare time.
