Could you please help me with my trip to Seattle?

I'll only be there for three nights in July and hoping to get in as much as possible. If I breakdown what I have on the cards, could you give me an idea if this is enough time to see the things I want and throw in any extras that are must sees.

Day 1: Arrive midday - Three hr bus tour of seattle, all the major sights.

Evening, Underground tour.

Day 2. Exploring Pike Place Market and surrounding areas early, hopefully lots of shopping.

Afternoon: Monorail to EMP/SFM, explore Seattle Centre.

Day 3: 90 Min Sub-Seattle tour (as I would like to get out to Kurt Cobain's old house, I know there's nothing there but it's like part of my history). At a loss for the rest of the day...maybe a walk along the water or a ferry around the sound. Guidance much appreciated.

Day 4: Last minute rushing around to buy stuff.

It's all very touristy but I want to get a lot out the trip. Any advice for evening venues or a place for a killer breakfast much appreciated. I arrive on a Sunday.

Go to Cyclops for breakfast...it's on 1st Ave in Belltown, on the corner of 1st and Wall St. I highly recommend the huevos rancheros. Mmm...now I'm hungry.

A ferry ride is cool...you can cross to Bainbridge Island and back in 35 minutes each way.

We like to take visiting friends to Bruce Lee's grave as the previous person suggested. The Volunteer Park Conservatory is right next door to the cemetery and is free and really cool (if you like plants).

Night life...head to Broadway Ave in Capitol Hill. It is the "gay" neighborhood so if that bothers you stay away, but there are lots of fun night clubs and restaurants and cool boutiques or you could just people-watch while strolling along the Ave. Check out Linda's Tavern, just 1 block off Broadway, for a "local" watering hole.

You can also head to Pioneer Square (tourist-y) or Belltown (not so much) for lots of cool options for bars & restaurants. I recommend the Frontier Room in Belltown for beer and BBQ...what more do you need?

Oooh...another great place for breakfast is the 5 Spot Cafe on top of Queen Anne hill. Can you tell I'm thinking about breakfast? :-)

Have fun...don't forget a rain coat...even in July you never know in this town...

    Some suggestions:

You should be ok for time.

Day 2: The main shopping area is only about 4 blocks east of the Pike Place Market - Westlake shopping center is where you catch the monorail. Nordstrom's, Macy's and numerous other stores are within a couple of blocks. Also check out the shops in Pacific Place.

Day 3: If you are interested the final resting place of the famous, Bruce and Brandon Lee are buried in Lakeview Cemetery on Capital Hill next to Volunteer Park. It's about a 15 minute bus ride from the downtown area. Or a ferry ride is fun - the route to Bremerton is about an hour each way - the Bainbridge Ferry is a shorter trip. Both depart from the same ferry dock. The waterfront is where the ferry is located so you could also include walking along the waterfront and stopping at the The Olde Curiosity Shoppe, the aquarium, Olympic Sculpture Park and numerous other attractions, As a previous answer suggested the Hiram Chittendon locks are interesting but not that easy to get to - but not impossible.

I'll let someone else suggest hot night spots since that's not really my thing.

Breakfast: They have a nice breakfast menu (but not cheap) at the Library Bistro at the Alexis Hotel,

    Have fun!

I loved Seattle. I have been there twice. It is a great city filled with wonderful people. Be sure to see the Needle - which you will because you are planning a monorail ride.

Several things that you don't have on your list is:

    Loch tour/ Pueget Sound

    Library - greaarchitecturalral building

    Enjoy!
