I need a good 32 inch TV. Which brand should I get?

1. You won't see the difference in 1080p vs. 720p until you get to a 46"-50" screen (unless you are sitting only a couple of feet from the screen) AND are playing a 1080p BRD. At 32", you'll find 720p works just fine and will save you some $$$.

2. The best 32" LCD brands, without regard to specific models, for BOTH performance and reliability are, pretty much in order, Panasonic, Sony, Toshiba, Samsung, and Sharp. After these, quality is just too inconsistent to take the chance.

3. As to Vizio, and the rest of the third tier junk TVs (including Viore and RCA) assembled from god-only-knows what kind of cheap Chinese parts, read these links!

Vizio would be the best less expensive way to go. Good Quality T.V. The Screens Are Made by sony. but if price is not concern Samsung Definatley!!
