The way he moves his head only left and right, never centered? It is very obstructing to focus on the speech when EVERYTHING is read from a prompter. Does this annoy you?

Obama was able to cut 17 billion out of the budget which amounts to less than half a percent of the budget.
So what does this say about the way things were when Obama got there? Was Bush doing better than expected? Does this mean he didn't find a bunch of junky "pork"?

He is reading that prompter and never looks us in the eyes and tells us what he wants to do. He moves his hear far right and far left and never to the middle.I can't hardly STAND to watch him speak because of this.
