If you are baptized in the name of lord Jebus and are saved, when the rapture comes will you be ready?

What if you just think you are, what if Jebus skips over you? does that send cold chills down your spine being left behind with all us Atheist? You just know you have never did anything wrong. but what about the time.................. Ah so now it comes back to you after it is too late. Does that scare the beguines out of you.

I don't think any of us will be fully ready because we all can do more with our faith. However, I believe that if we have trusted in Jesus anytime in our life, we will be taken up. The bible clearly states that once you have believed you will receive eternal life. I think that even if you have walked away from God, He will keep his promise. I hope this helps.

Your question makes it clear that you have never really understood the Gospel. Please allow me the opportunity to share it with you so that we can have a more productive exchange here.

You need to understand who God is and who you are as His creation. God created everything out of nothing, as His creation, your purpose is to glorify God. Nothing happens in this world that is not for the glory of God. God is holy, just and righteous. This is great, we do not want a corrupt God any more than we want a corrupt judge in court letting criminals go free.

This is our problem, because all people have sinned and have sinned, fall short of the gory of God, and deserve the wrath of God as punishment for sin. The whole Gospel is about this problem, if God is a just God, he must send us all to hell because there are none righteous, no not one.

God handled this problem by sending His son Jesus to earth. Think of your sins as debts, Jesus came to pay off the debts of those who believe in Him. All the wrath earned through sinning by those that believe in Him is poured out on Jesus instead of the sinner that deserves it.

Jesus took all this wrath while being here in His creation, culminating on the cross and remaining under the power of death until the third day when he rose from the grave.

This is great news. Repent of your sins now and trust Jesus to save you from the hell you deserve. If you are faithful to trust Jesus to save you, He will. Call out to your God and ask Him to save you. Repent and believe where you are now.

What I want to know is, if the bible says we all get a 2nd chance after the rapture, then can't us "non-believers" just wait for the proof?

As a former Christian I can say that some would still be overjoyed that it happened.
