What would you do if your mom would take your girls, but never your son?

My mom is always wanting to take my girls, but I asked her to take my son once so I could go to a movie with my husband, and we had a great big fight about it.I'm I wrong for being Upset about this?

i wouldnt want the son to be with her if the heart isnt there in first place..try not asking her again untill she starts coming around

I pray Father in Heaven that He will bring down the Holy Spirit on your mom and gives her a heart in check...She will love equally..In Jesus Name Amen

I totally agree.. My mother is way more willing and offers to do things more for my daughter than my son. I know she is older and can do more things, but come on, the boys need some attention too!!!

Some grandmothers prefer girls because they are calmer. Boys are more rambunctious. That is the only thing that comes to mind as to why there is a favoritism.

yes, how about you hire a sitter. she prolly has an issue taking your son because he is a boy and cant deal with that craziness.

That is so strange. You really need to ask your mother why she's neglecting her grandson. I can't imagine why she would do this.

your mom is probably slightly sexist...take it up with her and tell her that if she can't take the boy she won't see the girls

    Your mother is sexist!
