Dark circles are down to thin skin under the eyes where blood passing underneath can show through, it's often just genetic but other factors come into it such as lack of sleep, illness and bad diet. The usual rules apply with all health and beauty, get plenty of sleep (8+ hours) and good diet – food allergies (dairy and caffine being the most common), lack of iron can contribute to the problem, excessive toxin build-up can be a factor too (drinking lots of water will help). I know from personal experience how important iron is as I have freakishly heavy periods, I always find as a result my eyes become very dark underneath.

There isn't that much you can do with dark circles, you can reduce puffiness which in turn helps with dark circles. Have you ever heard of models using hemeroid cream to ease off puffy eyes? Well they do, it works because the active ingredient is witchhazel, this deals with puffiness the same way it'd ease swelling in hemeroids or spots. So look for products or home treatment recipes that contain witchhazel, another tip is using cooled chamomile tea bags applied to eyes for 15 minutes, or keep teaspoons in the freezer to pop under your eyes in the morning. Use a light concealer, but not too light, try using a concealer with a yellow tint to hide dark circles but be sure to dab rather than rub as if you're harsh under your eyes it can make things worse, try using a sponge or your middle finger which will apply less pressure than your forefinger. I find mascara makes things worse as half way through the day it ends up under my eyes, so I avoid that problem by dying my lashes, then curl with eyelash curlers before applying a little vasaline to wipe off powder from my lashes, hold in place and emphasize.

The absolutely best cream for dark circles is Artistry Essentials Eye Replenishing Creme. It helps with puffiness too but it works wonders on getting rid of dark circles and they completely guarentee it to work or they'll give you a full refund and even pay to ship it back :) You can't get it in stores but you can get it at http://www.adrennan.qhealthbeauty.com/ Hope this was helpful :)

Mary Kay makes a GREAT cover up. It comes in a HUGE tube and lasts forever. Just be sure to 'paint' it on with a smallish brush and only cover the area that has darkness -- not the entire undereye area. I am very successfully covering up a black eye with it right now (I had a run-in with the latch on my back gate). Just remember, a little goes a L O O O O N G way.

Well, if you're pale, it's pretty much inevitable for you to have dark circles under your eyes. There's nothing wrong with you, because 9/10 people have this.

You can take concealer and put it under your eyes, but the best way to get rid of them is MORE SLEEP!

Here's how to get a natural sorta look(it also shows how to conceal those dark circles): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OB8nfJCOIeE

    Here's what I have tried:

cold teabags (black tea and chamomile tea)

    potato slices

    cucumber slices

More home remedy ideas here: http://www.darkcircles.net/remedy.html

I don't like to use concealer because I want to get rid of the dark circles permanently. So I would only recommend concealer as a last resort.

some human beings only have skinny dermis, I even have been informed that I do, which will reason it to look such as you have circles. attempt distinctive procedures, such using fact the others defined, or you need to attempt to apply some make as much as cover it.
