What kind of shoes should I wear for prom?

Hey! this is the dress I'm considering

http://www1.bloomingdales.com/catalog/product/inde...

And well, as you can see that it is quite pricey I would like to find some not-so-expensive shoes... however, I have a bit of a height issue (I'm 6' tall) and I will be going with a bunch of friends who are all 4 inches or shorter than me... I mean, if it was up to me I'd wear chucks, but I don't want to take away from the dress :)

Well, recommendations/suggestions welcome!! and thank you all in advance! :)

Update:

Changed the dress... apparently there was some error with the design of the other one so that it crushes my rib-case but the bust-space is huge... well:

Consider I'm super tall so I can't really wear stilettos without scaring out all potential dance partners

Okay... so since you're tall I'd recommend a low stiletto heel, so you don't add too much height, but u get some shape to your feet.

    SOmething like this:

(just the heel, not the design!)

    Hope that helps!

you're good related to the silver- no way. i think of you may introduce a ambitious new colour on your outfit like a strappy relaxing yellow shoe or maybe even a burgundy could be intense-high quality. stay a techniques from metallics! and no differences of the colour blue. have relaxing with it!
