PRO-CHOICERS: If an unborn child doesn't deserve to live then how, by any stretch of the imagination, do you?

Instead of calling for the slaughter of innocent unborn children why don't you do society a favor and kill yourselves instead?

Update:

Toast with Butter Jo - No, extremely harsh is denying an unborn child the absolute most basic of human rights and using the technicality that it hasn't yet formed into what is universally recognized as a human life as a cold-hearted excuse to do so.

I don't think that they don't deserve to live, or else I wouldn't have had my own child.

But, I do think that they deserve to live a decent life, not one where they're brought up in extreme poverty, with nowhere to live, or being brought up by someone who isn't stable enough to look after them properly.

If people know that they're not able to bring it up properly, and know that they're not capable of giving it up for adoption, then I do think it's the right thing, and I don't think it's a selfish decision, either.

    That's extremely harsh.

And I don't think an unborn child should be killed...

    I agree 100% with anabifigolo

    EDIT:

You claim that we are defying the child a basic human right, but by saying this - by forcing the birth of a baby by a woman - aren't you, technically infringing on this woman's rights? The right to have a choice.

In many countries, you are required to have a reasonable reason in order to carry out with an abortion. Abortion isn't done without a thought, or just done because we couldn't care less for a child...

It's done because sometimes, maybe in a minority - it has to be done. In a lot of cases, abortion is only carried out because the woman has been raped, because of financial or medical reasons. I'll give you an example extracted from what others have said.

    1. A woman finds out she will die in the process of giving birth to a child unless she has an abortion. Further more, the child has a brain problem and will only live for minutes after the birth. So by not allowing this woman to have an abortion, you are saying you'd rather 2 lives be ended instead of one?

    How is this fair?

Let me put a situation to you that happened in my country.

A 17 year old girl was preganant.

Abortion is illegal here so the girl was trying to get a flight to England to have the procedure but social workers reported it to the law and this girl already stressed beyond imagination was dragged through a court system for months.

Now here is where it gets bad.

The reason the girl wanted to get an abortion is because giving birth to the child would quite possibly have killed her.

Now you have to be a sick bastard if you think she should be forced to have a baby that would kill her in the birthing process. You clearly believe that women are nothing more than baby machines.

    Still it gets worse.

The baby was not developing properly.

It's brain was failing to develop and the baby would not survive. There was 100% medical opinion that the baby would die within minutes of birth no matter what medical assistance was provided.

This girl was being denied an abortion that would save her life because the authorities wanted to save the 'life' of a baby who if even carried to term would only survive a matter of minutes.

Now eventually the courts overruled the social workers and the girl was allowed to travel to England but at this point she was several months pregnant meaning that the nervous system in the foetus had developed and it would have felt the procedure. The girl was left overly traumatised and the whole system is now viewed as a joke by the citizens.

Tell me by what stretch of the imagination can you say that the social workers were right and if you honestly believe they were then I really hope you are forced to suffer trauma as severe as that poor girl. You are one sick ****.

Aside from the fact that abortion is a legal practice and happens on a daily basis, a woman shouldn't be told that her CHOICE was wrong or evil, nor should anyone be encouraging her to kill herself for the sake of a minority belief / religion (the chances are she doesn't believe in - I don't see anti's going for abortions that often, do you?). I think your only as bad as you think these pro-choicers are for calling for the suicide of all women who use termination for whatever reason medical, social or financial, sometimes because of the consequences of rape. I find your comments laughable, you've presented yourself as an extremist and only proved yourself to be as low as those you hate and label as evil.

I can just about understand that it's probably your religion that dictates and justifies this opinion of yours, but I don't think you're going about disseminating it in a way that reflects your belief in life preservation. Your statement only reflects a hypocritical attitude relating to your "wont somebody please think of the children!" stance. Your suggestion that a foetus has rights or deserves to be given life is an out-dated perspective to hold especially as the medical profession back a woman's right to choice. We have to remember abortion is a last choice, and not something done without thought, counseling and the help of medical professionals.

In Britain we've recently been introduced to a TV commercial advertising over the counter sales of the morning after pill. Although this has been a controversial step for some it's obviously a necessary 'evil' to fight the onslaught and prevalence of over-population/overcrowding, teenage pregnancy, children living in abject poverty, and unfortunately even unwanted, abused and unloved children. I'm sorry that we disagree totally on our perspectives here, but I sincerely believe abortion is sometimes necessary, and could be avoided and rates lowered if people were less promiscuous, more educated on biology, stopped trying to win back ex-partners by getting pregnant, stopped being careless when it comes to contraception, etc etc etc!

Does a woman die in child-birth and a child survive? Does a child die in child-birth and a woman survive? Or both perish? These are not questions to be answered by the likes of you. These are questions and decisions that can only be made between a woman and her best medical advice. As someone from a country with a decent and proper health-care system, whilst not perfect, is light years away and issues like this are not mired in religious dogma. I'm a 42 y-o male, Catholic raised, consider myself Agnostic. This sort of sh*t makes me angry because it's proffered by ignorants and simpletons, pushing a contrived and learned line. Go out and find woman that wouldn't have a child they could. FU

Maybe we don't deserve to live, and maybe its not entirely because we believe that you should kill an unborn child, but that it should be the choice of the one carrying it. And if anything should happen to me in a bad way because of what I believe, it is not your call, but God's. Get a grip.

How can someone justify killing an innocent child because it is "Their body"? It is an unborn human beings life! I don't agree that pro-chociers should kill themselves! That's a bit extreme, but they should re-think agreeing with killing innocent babies who have no choice in the matter!

You clearly don't understand what pro-choice means.

It simply means that the mother should be allowed to have a choice of whether she wishes to have a child or not.

It isn't the belief that an unborn child doesn't deserve to live.

Why don't you take your head out of your a*se.

    Gobshite.

Wow,that's pretty much set in concrete, isn't it!

Firstly,it isn't "slaughter" as you put it.Secondly,an embryo isn't a child.Your question is deliberately misleading and inflammatory.

I have just read your other questions, read rant, you have some pretty fascist opinions there.

Edit...........Thank you for your email in which you call me "retard".Not very christian of you was it!but,it certainly fits in with your other extremist views. The weight of opinion is clearly against you.Did you send everyone in disagreement with you an email?Your type, thankfully,is a minority and a very small one at that.

Why is it that the same people who are so against abortion, voice no opposition to the non-stop killing from religious violence? Is one life more valuable than another, depending on what a person believes?
