How can I figure my COLA rate for 2008 on my wife's FAFSA (active duty)?

I was stationed overseas for all of 2008 and received Cost of Living Allowance. On my wife's FAFSA, I need to know the total COLA I received for 2008. I can only go back to my June 2008 LES on mypay. Where could I find this information?
