Do the NHL rules permit two goalies to be playing goal at the same time?

Update:

On a power play, could you have 2 goalies with equipment on playing goal on the same team...

A maximum of one goaltender may be on the ice for any given team at any given time during regular game play.

Every league has that rule, not just the NHL

Why would you want 2 goalies at one time, they could not play goal, they would interfere with one another.
