why does YA only go up to level 7?

I don't think it is pointless,I think many people have worked very hard to help people,and deserve the credit.

    I've always wondered the same thing. because when people get to level seven they have no more things to accomplish on here, i think yahoo! answers should go up to level ten in my opinion.

    it will be a good idea because it will be more of a challenge, i havent had yahoo answers long and i only need 9,838 more points in order to get to level 7.

    Because it takes about a year to get there and it it really hard. Any other levels would be pointless. But that number sadly there inspiration may be as another person said "7 is the lucky number"
