Small Red Bumps On My Arms?
I have a bunch of little red bumps on my upper arms. I've had them for years. They don't hurt or itch. The skin between the bumps isn't dry or anything. There's about 50+ bumps on each arm. I've been told it's heat rash, but they've never gone away or itch. They used to get less noticable in the winter, but now they're the same year round. Can someone please tell me what they are?

Keratosis Pilaris.
A number of people use eucerin plus intensive repair body creme and it seems to help alot. Walgreens has it as well as other big drug stores. I used it and it went away within a week.
Good luck to you!

It's called keratosis. I have this also, as well as some people I know. It can be lessened with good exfoliation in the shower daily but can't be cured.
