Tonsilities, what the beep?

ok so i have tonsilities, went to the doctor already, got my antibiotics, i got shot on my ***, got peroxide to gargle. But i just went to see my white spots on my tonsils, now it's just covered with white stuff which is actually yellow, my dad tells me that's just the antibiotics pushing the dead bacteria out, so it's actually good that its coming out, i have been on antibiotics for about 2 days now. So is what my dad tells me true?

It tonsillitis. Those spots in your throat are probably strep, not tonsillitis. You father is dead wrong with his diagnosis. The infection will leave your body, and it is usually through bowel movements.
