cleaning your ears everyday?!?

Many people assume that ear wax should be removed from their ears. The truth is that ear wax is healthy, and exists to protect our ear canals. There is no need to do anything to remove it from your ear canals, as it disperses without any help. It is certainly not recommended that you use cotton buds to clear out wax from your ears.

Ears are self cleansing, poking around in the externat auditary canal can cause damage, even push any wax further in.

I know that earwax is disgusting, but it is necessary. If you clean your ears every day, you'll wind up no ear wax, and it can also screw with your sensitivity to sounds. (And I don't mean improving your hearing.)

But, the main reason why you aren't supposed to clean your ears every day is because you'll wind up with very little earwax. Why is that bad? Earwax has three main uses: cleaning the ear canal, lubricating the ear canal, and it has antibacterial and antifungal effects.

Basically, aside from screwing with your hearing sensitivity, it'll make your ears more likely to be damaged from the inside.

I clean them after the shower. I dont like the feeling of them being wet.
