Why does the sky look blue?

Does it also look blue from 1) the moon; 2) all the other planets?

    the sky is blue becasue light is being bounced and refracted particles, like Oxygen

    the moon doesn't have an atmosphere so no

    The huge amount of Nitrogen gas in the atmosphere scatters blue light thus making all the sky blue.
