Weight Lifting Routine?

I need a good weight lifting routine/program. I'm 16 and fairly new to weight lifting. I'm looking to get leaner and more muscle tone.

Alright, to get leaner and more of a definition/tone to your muscles, you're going to need to do high reps with weights, and a lot of cardio.

Find a weight which you can curl with your bicep 15-20 times. By the 15th (or 20th, if you choose that) you should fail. High reps means you are toning your muscles. Do the same reps with all other exercises. Triceps, calves, quads, shoulders, chest etc.

I'm guessing you want a six pack too, so try out 50-100 crunches, sit ups, leg lifts and other exercises on ab machines at the gym.

Try to get in at LEAST 20 minutes of medium paced running aswell.
