just had twins 8 weeks ago no period tubes tied what could be wrong?

I had a c-section and did not breastfeed and got my period 10 weeks post partum, so it still may be on its way. Don't panic yet! :) Besides they say to wait to take a pregnancy test until at least 10 weeks post partum or you could end up with a false positive from hormones left in your body. Hope everything is ok! :)

Try to not pressure approximately it an excessive amount of due to the fact plenty of pressure too can screw together with your hormones and make your interval come later. Are you nursing? If you're breastfeeding you will not have a period most of the time. With both my sons I didn't get a period until after I was done nursing them.

Are you breastfeeding?

If so that will delay your period.

If not, it could be your hormones are still righting themselves. If your tubes are tied I wouldn't worry about pregnancy.
