How do I get rid of the squeek in my box springs?
Every time I toss and turn my bed squeeks now even more so as I have moved from it being on the floor to a bedframe. I don't want to put monry into a new bed more another year or so. Any suggestions I've heard WD-40 works please let me know if this has worked for you?
Also it's not the Frame it used to squeek before even when it was flat on the floor so wood slats will not really make a difference

WD-40 will work as will silicone spray. Do not use any more than necessary to fix the squeaks. The problem is likely where the spring attaches to a wooden slat, look for shiny areas and spray to cover the shiny area, you do not have to soak the wood just cover it. The problem,(squeaks), will return if you do not tighten the connection between spring and wood. Of course you realize that you will have to turn the box springs over to see the springs and you may have a thin cloth like gauze covering that you will have to remove.

oh that romantic bed room music you might try adding more wooden slats to the frame or check the head board and foot board if they are loose try to tighten them
