Problem with iPod touch on app store?

I try to download a free app from the app store on my ipod touch, it says I need a username and password. I have no idea what that would be... How do I set that or change it? Thanks

You need to create an account. It's free. You can do it through itunes, although you will have to put in card details. You won't be charged unless you actually buy anything.

You need to contact an apple rep for any problems with apple merchandise. They seriously help. I go to them for help with my macbook pro, iPod 4G nano, iPod 1G nano, etc.
