Dr Tiller aka Tiller the baby killer. Is he in heaven or hell?
Spiritually speaking of course.

What Dr Tiller did is not worse then Dr Menglle who did what he did with the goverment approval.
If he did not repent, (most likely not) he is in hell.
While we should rejoice that he will kill no more babies its sad that he is lost and that it was done as a crime (murder)
Those who supported Dr Tillers view will have some explaining to God for their murderous views.

The Bible says that the 'dead are conscious of nothing at all'. (Ecclesiates 9:5) So, he is not in heaven nor hell in the 'traditional' sense. Hell really means the 'common grave of mankind'. So he is in 'hell' in that sense. But he is by no means suffering a painful and endless burning punishment. There is no such a place according to the Bible. Terms like Lake of Fire and Gehenna have simbolic meaning that have reference to 'eternal destruction'. Heaven is reserved for a select 144,000. The majority of mankind will live right here on Earth, but under much better conditions (Psalms 37:9-11) and those who have died (including Dr. Tiller and countless others - even the lives he may have helped terminate), have the hope of a ressurection. (John 5:28,29)

Couldn't say... I don't have a copy of the list.
But I can say where most false-hearted, judgmental Christians are going when they die! That's actually in Luke 13: 26 - 27. You should try to read more scripture and spend less time wondering about who's soul goes where.

I would have to guess that he is in Hell, but who are we to know or judge. It would all depend as to what he felt at the last moment when he took his last breath. Maybe somehow, someway, he regretted all of the killings he has done and asked forgiveness. If anyone could forgive him, it would be the Lord. So, we shall always wonder, but life goes on, so lets you and I do our best to be more civilized and hopefully gain forgiveness for the wrong we have done. Take care.

Nope.
Neither exists.
I have, however, used the expression "send him to hell" when talking about the social right of armed self defense and how abortion rights supporters should deal with anti-abortion terrorists.

that is for God to judge we do not know
God tells us we are to
Pro 24:17 Rejoice not when thine enemy falls, and let not thine heart be glad when he stumbles:
Pro 24:18 Lest the LORD see it, and it displease him, and he turn away his wrath from him.

I'm not God so I dare not pass final judgment on him but I do know that I pity his soul as it stood before the throne of God

he is cold, murdered, every choice taken away fro him, justice given him. Our power as a civil people was usurped, when the final power, the one that should solely be in the hands of the State, was used without our consent.
