Ask your vet!

Ummm I have no idea what Noromectin is but... I know that they have heartworm pills at the vet that last up to 6 months. I would have her checked at the vet first though because unnecessarily treating them can be fatal.

I am sorry your dog has heart worms. To be safe take her to the vet, and let them give her the right medication. Some dogs cannot be given certain medicines due to their health history.

This is a question for your vet not here.
It is quite pathetic that your dog has heart worms. It could have been avoided by simply giving her a cheap pill once a month.

My suggestion is to call your vet and basically ask! i think of they are going to probable help you realize it quite is going to likely be high-quality to grant him the meds you have, regardless of if he's a pound too heavy, yet extra valuable secure than sorry! A telephone call is loose, and your recommendations would be placed comfortable understanding which you get carry of the ok from somebody who is familiar with what they're speaking approximately.

It's a medicine for horses that weigh almost 10 times what your dog does. I would say it is not safe.

Hopefully you are just yanking everyone's chain here and this is not a sincere question. If it is a real question, you need to get your dog to the vet.

From what I understand you cannot give anything. Let your vet treat her. It is NOT cheap. Will probably run you around $1000-1500. Good luck to you & your dog.

I am not sure if that is the safest... but when it comes to your dogs heart take it seriously. My precious dog got heart worms and there is a specific med they need!!!
