is the end nigh for Gordon Brown?

can PM Gordon Brown survive this latest round of questions against him and his leadership?. How much longer can he survive before he not only loses his party the next general election but reduces them to the third or fourth party in the county?

It would seem there is a new momentum emerging in the conservative side of Parliament, Dave Cameron, and he seems to be amassing quite a juggernaut.

Given what I've read so far Cameron is onto something. Individual rights. What a refreshing concept. That people can actually make their own decisions absent them being dictated by a central authority in London. Wow! Amazing!

Adults can finally make choices for themselves, their children and their families and maybe, just maybe, all of those cameras at every corner will disappear finally. Then people will actually have the real perception rather than the illusion of privacy.

Though I am not a fan of our PM, the alternative is too horrendous to even think about, and I write of, the call for an election,

For the good of this country it is not,= in my opinion= the best thing we can do,the opposition party has a leader who has not the slightest idea of the overall situation, even the german leader will not give credibility to him and will not speak to him, (so we are informed) no policies of any substance have been brought forward by the tories, or, the LIb/ Dem's,

In place at the moment we have representatives in government who discuss with their opposite numbers from other countries,

Yes, some of them leave a lot to be desired, but for the time being better, the wolf you know than unknown quantities that we have in the Tories //.LIB Dem's etc let us not compound the existing errors by taking irrational action to remove the Pm let us ride with it, change at this time with the recession etc could be long damaging to this country.

I reckon it'll all kick off over the weekend

My guess is if Labour do as bad or worse than predicted in the European & local elections tomorrow, moves will be made to replace him whilst hes out of the way in France trying to look good at the D-day celebrations.

Maybe change the locks on the doors at No.10, now that would be a laugh

    :)

While I am no big fan of the PM, I can't see anything better on the horizon. There are no politicians around at the moment that make me want to get out and vote. The scandal of the expenses affects all parties and I fail to see how anyone else would have handled the recession any differently.

Two years ago I answered a question about Brown on here. It was just before he pushed Blair out, and took over as Prime Minister. The questioner said he/she was worried about the prospect of Brown becoming PM. My answer included a line that went something like this: "I wouldn't worry too much. I have a strong feeling he'll go down in history as one of the shortest-serving Prime Ministers of this country."

My strong feeling now is that my prediction of June 2007 is about to become true...

I think he'll be away long before any general election.

The Liebour party is imploding and I'm sure he wont want to go down in history as the leader at the helm who oversaw the dismantling of the whole party.

    Goodbye Gordon and good riddance!!

To be honest, I think that the country has lost all confidence in him and it's only a matter of time until he is either replaced or the whole country votes for another party who recognises the faults of the present government and are willing to make big changes...

Creme Puff or Bavarian Creme Doughnut? it somewhat is quite the worst question to inquire from me ever because of the fact they're 2 of my in demand meals. I actually p.c.. the bavarian creme doughnut in spite of the undeniable fact that. i could quite say they're my on my appropriate 3 checklist of in demand meals (after pizza and cheesecake hehe) Brown rice or yellow rice? I actually can not even quite tell a distinction between them yet I frequently p.c.. brown rice in simple terms because of the fact it is going with the vegetables/sauce (like peanut tofu or teriyaki) that I frequently make. in spite of if, if I have been ingesting it straightforward, i could p.c.. yellow rice. Lobster or salmon? properly, i'm vegetarian so i don't eat fish and have not for extra or less 3 years...I p.c.. neither now yet once you've gotten asked me 3 years in the past, i could have picked lobster truthfully. It was once one in all my in demand nutrition.

It could be although I would not be surprised if the human sheep vote for labour again. You must be hallucinating if you think they will ever be the third or fourth party in a two party country.
