Do you get wrist pain?
Both my wrists hurt. It's hard to do anything when both wrists kill whether you use your hands or not. Any one know how to ease this pain?

put ice on then heat then ice and ect, for a half hour then just wrest

There are wrist braces sold in stores meant to ease the pain of carpal tunnel syndrome. And that is the only wrist problem that i know of, so you might want to give it a try.

Do you type? You might not be using proper posture. I would suggests seeing you doctor just to make sure its not something like austerities or capaltunnel

get checked for carpal tunnel it is a pinched nerve hurts like hell but can be fixed
