Yes, it works. You have to cooperate with the Hypnotist. Forget the stories that Hypnotist can force you to do certain illegal/weird things.

This branch of alternate medicine is nothing but smart talk with certain way of psychological domination upon the patient with the consent and cooperation. If one has strong will power such things don't work. That's why cooperation of the subject is necessary.

You mean things like Ambien and Lunesta? They certainly do work... a little too well for some peoples' comfort.

I mean if you take one of those, you better take it in bed because you're about to fall asleep no matter what.
