That means you need to become an administrator. If you want to be and administrator, then u should normally pay money. This will let you do extra stuff that your normal account doesn't let you to.

Or, it could mean that you should be the administrator on your computer. So, to change your computer account into an administrator account, click on the 'Start' menu, click on you computer account's picture at the top. This will open up a window, click 'Back' which is at the top left hand corner. You should then click 'change my account type', then put the bullet point onto where it says 'computer administrator' and click 'change account type'.
