is quora just as good as yahoo answers was?

because yahoo answers is sadly shutting down, i'm thinking about joining quora, but on there do you have the freedom to ask whatever you want, as long as it isn't racist etc........or do you have to stick to a certain criteria of question asking?

    Quora has it's good points, but it will never be YA.  Check out Reddit too.

    Try it and decide for yourself. What one person likes, someone else will find useless or boring. No one can tell you if YOU will think it's a "just as good" or not.
