Underwater Movie Name?
I Saw this movie a long time ago. It features a guy diving in a hardcased swim suit to the bottom of the ocean. He breathes a liquid air mixture which allows him to be submerged for hours and at the bottom he encounters a mysterious humanoid creature and it has a city behind it.
