i have a goiter with nodules...?

my bloodwork keeps coming back in the normal range. it is hard to swallow food, meds, etc. my doc is referring me to an endochrinologist. i have had bloodwork and a thyroid scan. what can i expect at the endo office? will i finally get help or am i wasting my time?

    Hopefully the Endocrinologist will have some solutions for you. Depending on your situation, surgery might be an option, as well as a radioiodine drink to shrink your goiter. You have to just wait and see, but hopefully you'll get an answer on a treatment option.
