Is it worth finishing my degree?
I am having big thoughts at the moment whether or not to finish my final year at Plymouth in photography. I have finished my foundation degree but would rather get into the business of it all now doing freelance, etc. Is it worth doing the final year? (for those preff done the photography degree)

Yeah, finish your degree. If it's a BA, you can then do an MBA, as most business schools don't care what your undergrad was in.

It really sounds like you have your head on straight- I think you're right that Phys. Ed. is crowded and that the other fields you mention have more growth potential. However, I also think that if you're going to take a serious hit just paying tuition, never mind room and board, you might want to wait to go back to school. Are you mobile, geographically speaking? Can you spend the year working somewhere like northern Alberta or similar (Saskatchewan has a potash boom right now, I'm fairly sure)? If you're certain you want to finish your degree, a year away would be helpful financially and maybe even academically; it might give you some time to do some research and really find the perfect program for you. Good luck!

Usually worth finishing -- espec. if you've already done a couple of years. Even if you don't feel there's much left for you to learn (and I'd be surprised if there wasn't), you can at least milk it for contacts etc.
