I have a sportscraft TX4.9 treadmill that suddenly won't work.?

the console lights up briefly but then only the number 3 is displayed. The belt never moves during all the start up process. Anyone familiar w/this type of equipment who can offer some tips/suggestions to trouble-shoot? I'm at a complete loss...Your help would be Very appreciated!! Thanks.

    number three is an error code, the computer chip is messed up, you need to call the manufacturer to find out what to do.
