My 7 month old pom pup makes strange sounds. For example, he might howl (really cute) but my big concern is when he growls which almost sounds like chewbacca or a purring kitten some times when I go to pet him but he doesn't seem agitated or angry. He doesn't have a curled lip or show teeth, and even seems playful. But it does concern me. Is he showing aggression, or just being playful? IDK. Please help. Thanks!

My 2 six month old pups (different breeds) romp in the yard daily, and always find something weird to gnaw on such as leaves, branches, tree limbs, flowers, sometimes even random things like bottle caps or pieces of plastic. I have no idea where they find it since I'm strict about the yard upkeep, but They're scavangers. They've recently adopted the sport of digging (to China I think). My concern is that they'll find something poisonous, but I heard hydrogen peroxide could be dispensd should they ever get poisoned. Is that true? If you can help w/the other issues as well, that would be gr8 but mostly I need to build some kind of safety box for them. Help!

What are the dangers or precautions with applying flea meds to two puppies. I'm concerned that when they play fight/bite eachother that they might get poisoned. What are the risks? Should I separate them and if so, for how long? Thanks!

With a seemingly passive personality, my 4 month old yorkie-poo is becoming more and more dominant. He growls at us whenever he's grumpy or doesn't want to be touched. He's really greedy, gluttonous, and possesive w/his food too (we have another pup) I'm worried about his sudden aggressive behavior. What does this mean and what should I do? I don't want to wind up fearing my own dog. HELP. And Thanks.

I have two 4 month old male pups. One is a yorkie-poo, the other is a pomeranian. The yorkie is a food hound, but the pom is toy dominant. Which one is the true alpha male or leader? How can I tell? They're both very lovable to me, but seem jealous and both seem very dominant. They do sleep cuddled up together if that means anything. Help!!

One is a yorkie-poo and the other is a Pom and much smaller., a runt. When I feed them both in seperate bowls, the yorkie-poos gulps his food and then runs to devour the pom's food who can't keep up w/that pace since his tiny mouth can only nibble one kibble @ a time. The yorkie has even tried to extract food from the pom's mouth. I step in front of his bowl when I see this, but it's very upsetting. Any suggestions? Will the one pup eventually grow out of that aggressiveness? It's ironic because the Pom is the one w/the major alpha personality. I'm confused. HELP>

My 8 1/2 yr old Schipperke doggie was found dead Easter morning or one day prior to my bday. Despite the two medications for seizures and epilepsy he was on daily,he was an otherwise amazingly healthy, happy, and loving dog. His death is a mystery. But he will be soarly missed.

I love the little packets that come along with hungry howies subs, but they always want to charge extra. I believe there's an Italian dressing base, but would love to make the sauce homemade myself. Can anyone help at all? Thank you so much for your answers. I'm frustrated!

I want desperately to get along with my adult daughter but no matter what I do, it either ends up unfavorably or instigated by some convalutent competitive gene unbeknownst to me. I never signed up for any competition, least of all one with my child! I've seriously clung to the belief that when your daughters grow they wil become enlightened. Yeah, ok. "Time" would improve our relationship and open doors of communication between us (the mom) and her(the daughter) would swing open to a new universe of love and understanding. Nice but that theory just hasn't worked in my part of the universe. Other than my daughter having so much hate directed at me for reasons unknown (we are virtually like oil & water), we seem to be a normal family in other ways. What a dillusional thought. The reality is that some times grown "adult" children just simply don't give a crap. Conceptively, I understand but Emotionally it's still a daily struggle. As the last child and baby this daughter is whole-heartedly and sincerely admittedly spoiled rotten (I totally take full responsibility for that) but I always believed she loved me. Perhaps I thought "she owed me" but I got my payback: She's a mean girl. I don't know where the intensity of her hostility stems from, nor do I know how to divert or subdue those aggressive behaviors when it becomes scarily confrontational, but I won't keep punishing myself for thinking I misguided her or excusing her brutally insensitive nature by saying she "must have had a bad day".

My "sports" CD for the Wii suddenly quit working. There is NO number code for the error. It simply says that an error has occurred. I've researched my manuals, as well as tried other Wii CDs. This one CD is giving me problems so I think it might need cleaning. I buffed it w/a soft cloth, but no good. Is there a home-made solution to eliminate scratches perhaps? Thanks for any clue.....I'm lost!
