New parts, body shop, perfect repaint, couple grand. Used parts, you do the work, find a fender with the right color on it so you don't have to paint it, couple hundred

Dude this ain't Sh*. call your local wrecking yard, check craigslist, find a white fender. a corner lamp, and the bumper can stay. u, a friend, and a six pack can probably get this done in about two hours tops! Very easy. It just looks complicated. follow the bolts. It really is that easy. you'll spend about 80 bux. plus tools if u don't have any.
