Contact a jeweler in Ireland to engrave the rings for you if they absolutely have to come from Ireland. Your quote is Gaelic, which is Celtic, and posy rings are engraved rings. It really shouldn't matter where the machine engraving takes place. I've listed a link that sells posy rings.
