I got an IUD inserted last year, and within one month i had it removed because i got really bad lower back and pain on my left leg. The family planning siad it had moved and my uterous went into spasm.
I think its works fine for a percentage of people but im on the contraceptive implant, and have had no side affects from that and havent even put on any extra weight. this also lasts for three years.

You can see an legal professional to uncover what your choices are involving a lawsuit. Chances are you will not win, even though, since the IUD has the "ninety nine.nine% strong" disclaimer. They can say you're side of the zero.01% wherein it is not. If the IUD has pop out, then your health care provider, and now not Mirena could also be accountable. Of path, you additionally had a accountability to verify your IUD periodically as good, via checking for the strings, so that they is probably not accountable. Only an legal professional can reply those questions. Good success!

I got one a few weeks ago and it has been fine. Uncomfortable when they put it in and afterwards, but I've had a baby . . . it wasn't that bad!!!! I got the Paragard and it is hormone free, good for up to 10 years. No complaints yet, but it's only been 3 weeks.
