Will I ever get pregnant?

Hi: It has been 8 months and we have been trying for a baby. I am 33, my partner is 35 and has a 13 year old from a previous relationship. My periods are usually pretty regular, I started a period yesterday, and it was nearly 6 days late. Just when I was thinking I might be pregnant, I got my period! I am at a loss now and feel quite depressed. I have been over east for a week and am unsure if the difference in time is likely to have thrown out my menstrual cycle. Can any one please give me some tips to make conception more likely?

Hi, well us ladies over 30 have a 30 percent chance at conception each cycle so we have to meticulous in trying! So heres my advice: Start "baby dancing" on july 4th and try to do it at least once a day till you ovualte which should be around the 7-9 of july. Make sure and stay in bed after and dont get up for at least 15 minutes to give a chance to stay and go where it needs to!

Check out www.babymed.com it is a great way to get tips and track your cycles!

good luck and baby dust to you!
