    Was he under attack? Was he reading to schoolchildren while him and his Nation was under attack?

    I’m gonna guess to both, that he was not. In answer to your question: HE (President Obama) can afford to joke around, he’s not making enemies of anyone but the “Republican Political Party” in the U.S.A..

    “They” don’t count anyway.
