Can someone help identify this plant and tell me if it can be replanted elsewhere?(pic)?

My neighbor has a very large one on his side of the fence and recently it has spread to my yard(which was a pleasant surprise because normally all I get from him is nasty weeds). The leaves and stem are somewhat "rose-like" but there is only a single layer of petals on the flower.

Can someone identify it for me and tell me how to replant it elsewhere because though it is very pretty it has sprung up in an awkward spot. Thanks in advance!

If it has prickers like a rose, it's probably a type of rose. I'd cut a branch off and bring it to a full service garden center and ask their expert. Moving it will depend on what type of plant it is.
