I haven't taken a math class since 2004..?

I need to take Calculus to transfer to the university I want to go to, but I was wondering that since I haven't done math in awhile should I take something like College Algebra first? Or are they relatively the same, in terms of difficulty to where I could just jump into Calculus?

    i would take college algebra first because if you just jump right into calculus, you'd probably fail since its been so long since youve taken a math class
