Police officers and lawers/ obstruction/interfering?
Follow up to my previous question. What qualifies and defines obstruction and/or interfering with an officer? Our local rambo cop calls any question to him as obstructing/interfering and threatens arrest for anything he does not want to hear, ie, a question. You are accused of interfering and threatened with arrest. Please help. I'm not in trouble with the police myself, but I'm seeing this and its wrong.

I'm no lawyer or cop but I figure it means not allowing him to do his job or interfering with active pursuit or arrest
but I guess if the cop is either just sitting around eating donuts or shows up at your house you have a right to ask questions and as long as they aren't completely stupid he can't arrest you for it and if he does you can sue the department and/or state for a ton of money

Go buy a short can of silly string at the dollar store (the 3-4" tall ones). Wrap it in black electrical tape, then start bragging about your new "pepper foam." When you've got their attention, take it out as if to show them, and spray it at them.
