I am on my third round of metformin and just finished my frist round of clomid.
Recently got a bacterial infection so had to take some anti biotics which i'm still in the midst of taking. would this have any affect on my chances of pregnancy?
What are my chances?

what is your reason for having to take either or, or both?

I can relate my clomid story and hopefully help you. We conceived using clomid on the first cycle with our daughter who is turning 2 in a few months. We were obviously very lucky for it to have happened the first try. TTC #2 we had to use clomid again and fell pregnant on the second cycle. The first cycle worked as i got my period (hence ovulation had occurred) but just failed in conceiving probably due to timing. I only needed clomid so i'm sorry but i have no experience with any other fertility treatments. Hope this helps you! Good luck!
