Why is Colombian President, Alvaro Uribe, a communist like Chavez and Castro?

"Colombia's ambassador to Honduras will meet with President Alvaro Uribe and Chancellor Jaime Bermudez in Bogota to discuss ways to reinstate removed Hondurian President Jose Manuel Zelaya. The government says Colombia will be forced to suspend diplomatic ties with Honduras if Zelaya's power is not restored."

Conservatives tell us that Chavez, Castro, and Obama all want Zelaya to be reinstated. Oh my!

But, why no mention of the evil of Uribe from conservatives? Why aren't conservatives calling him a communist/socialist/Marxist too?

Uribe knows that he hasn't a prayer of retaining power in his own country if Obama/Democrats have their way. Unlike other countries that America doesn't meddle in the affairs of, Israel and long-hated governments like Columbia's - which oppose communist take-over - must be manipulated for the sake of 'regional' peace. After all, how is the US(S)A going to look in the world if it is adopting communism and doesn't support it elsewhere? Obama would have to ready yet another apology tour, and that would take away from his aspirations on the home front to socialize America.

Uribe will support Zelaya's return to office because Z is a democratically elected President. Latin America does not want more military coups. After all, if military coups are tolerated in Latin Ameria, every President would be looking over his shouilder. The fact that Zelaya is Chavez-like in his politics is less relevant to Uribe's actions than the fact that a democratically elected President was overthrown.

The Columbian President is a "fascist".

The Venezuelan President is "democratically elected".

The Cuban President is a "socialist".

Neocons want to upset that hemisphere for an oil war with the lies you are sharing.

It is way to close to the US so beware.
