Feeling heavy headed, drained and fatigued...help!?

Could it be the heat? I've dranked lots of water and eaten fruits. I also feel real sad, like the blues...

I will add that I dont go to sleep early enough, I'll go to bed at around 2am most of the time now and not wake up till 930 to 10am daily...as for activities, not much so i feel like not doing anything lately. Ive become rather lazy to do anything about my current state of physicality and mentality...to top it all off i've been getting bad dreams when i actually sleep...anyone else feels or has felt like this and overcome this? Anybody with great suggestions or remedys?

Try a bit of light physical exercise (like going for a 30 minute walk), and avoid watching TV or eating anything heavy before going to bed - all that helps to get restful sleep. Try to get to bed a little earlier too.

How's your diet? make sure you're eating enough veggies (especially the dark green kind) and a balanced mix of other foods, avoiding really heavy, greasy or processed foods. Also, avoid alcohol.

Try it for a few days or a week.. if none of that helps then you absolutely need to see a doctor for basic bood tests (CBC, thyroid hormone tests, liver enzymes etc.) You could be anemic, or suffering from some kind of vitamin or mineral deficiency, or it could be an early symptom of a more serious condition. Don't ignore this. I did, and it turned out I had serious liver disease, which could've been treated very effectively if it had been caught earlier.
