nee, my Dear, most calculations hover around 21 - 23 December 2012. This is, however, not the end of the world but merely the end of an era and the beginning of a new one. The change is, of course, not a sudden switch but a progression.

Sri Yukteshwar in his book "The Holy Science" which Babaji asked him to write, traces the beginning of the change to the years 1886. The Winter Solstice 2012 is merely the point at which the information of the new era is stronger than that of the present one.

To prove that God exists you merely have to turn to Quantum Physics, especially Quantum Field Theory and to Chaos Theory. Both prove absolutely that this universe could never have come into existence without intelligent direction.

A good lasagna recipe,however, does not exist. Basic psychodynamics shows that "good", in such a context, is an undefinable variable whereby even the subjective judgement of the same person is not a constant. The solution is to turn macrobiotic and, thus, avoid all cheesy questions.

I've got a great lasagna recipe somewhere but I rarely make the stuff since I've sworn off meat and dairy. My brother-in-law makes a mean lasagna with all the cheese and meat and everything you could think of packed into those savory layers. When they're cooking the stuff you could dine on the fragrance alone and be satisfied. I'll have to dig that recipe up out of my piles of papers and maybe renew my relationship with certain kinds of food.

Anyway, as for the whole "god" thing its just a label, really. I'm still trying to figure out the whole wrath of god thing, though. Makes no sense to me right now. If you apply the label theory you can allow for great spiritual leaps, I think.

And as for the end of the world, in my estimation its going to end tonight at about midnight when I go to bed so I plan to enjoy the work day as much as I can while still being fairly productive in proportion to my rate of pay and then have as much of an enriching experience as I can this evening. If the world doesn't end tonight and I wake up to another sunrise then I'll feel lucky while I'm eating my breakfast.

The theory of the world ending in 2012 isn't true, it's just a silly hoax. The world isn't going to end on December 21, 2012, just the Mayan Calendar ends. One of several Mayan calendars is the Long Count calendar, which is reset to day 0 every 1,872,000 days or 7057.5 years. The next reset date, by some calculations, is December 21, 2012. This is not a prediction of the end of the world. The Mayan Calendar has to end sometime and did you know when the Mayan Calendar ended the Mayans would celebrate? Besides, nobody can't predict when the end of the world is. You shouldn't always believe what you hear from other people. The scientific evidence about 2012 doesn't go together. Those who spread rumors about 2012 should be punished. You know what is sad, people may commit suicide over this thinking its the end of the world. Or maybe some people would get unwise with their money and spend it all like crazy and be in thousands of dollars in debt, just because they thought the world would end. Then they have to pay it off later and deal with the stress of those bills. That's why those who spread rumors about 2012 should be punished. You know what else is false about this 2012 garbage?

• Planet X (Nibiru) isn't going to hit the Earth it doesn't exist.

• Poles are switching everyday, this isn't going to happen all in just 1 day. This process takes thousands of years. Throughout geological history there has been may pole switches and life has still survived.

• Also people are saying these poles will switch in one day due to a black hole. That's NOT true. The nearest black hole to our galaxy is 1600 light years away.

• Sun will be lined up with a sunspot, but it doesn't mean it will wipe out all life on Earth. One time ago, Earth was lined up with a sunspot and people were on it and everybody didn't just die.

• There is not going to be catasphoic earthquakes.

• In the Bible there is nothing that says the world will end in 2012. They say they got their proof from Revelation 13 and you see the number 666 and that number is just a number in God's book that represents human imperfection. So, 3 of those 6's mean humans are extremely imperfect.

• Just because certain cultures predict it like the Chinese, Japanese and all of them doesn't mean their predictions are correct. As I said, nobody can predict such a thing.

• No comment will hit Earth.

Each time the end the world is predicted. They are always wrong. Here are all the predictions of when the world would end and each time they where wrong. Before 2012 it was 2006. Then 2000. And 1990, 1988, 1987, 1986, 1985, 1984, 1982, 1980, 1975, 1974, 1970, 1967, 1960, 1957, 1953, 1948, 1940, 1936, 1919, 1915, 1914, 1891, 1856, 1850, 1844, 1832, 1830, 1794, 1792, 1736, 1689, 1669, 1533, 1524, 1496, 1346, 1284, 1205, 1033, 1005, 1000, 992, 968, 500, 375, 365, 200, 90, 60, 30. SEE!! The end hasn't came and all this shows they are wrong!! Through out history the end has been predicted but has never happened so, whats the point of worrying?

Don't live your life in fear. Just live your life be sucessful in your life by getting good grades, staying in school, going to college, getting promoted at your job, and achieving lots of goals. Don't worry about something this silly. It isn't going to happen! Every few years these silly predictions about the world ending happen. It has happened throughout Human history. Anyways, as from what I just said, you can't predict the future. What if tommarow were the end? What if tommarow you died in car accident, or something else went wrong which costs your life?

Silly rabbits! The world is NOT ending ... ever! This is the classroom for the 3D students. The whole purpose of this planet is to train people to be 5D people. All of this stuff is here for your GROWTH into the 5D world.

The trick is to have the OLD 5D people here, the Maya, and then get the NEW 5D'rs going (Us), and then introduce all of the NEW 3 D classroom (... the Newbies).

The AGE is ending on December 21, 2012 ... but the NEW AGE is BEGINNING on December 21, 2012. So yes, the Age is ending ... And the New Age is beginning.

Sorry ... the world is not coming to an end .. despite popular belief. WHY? b/c it's MY WORLD and I have a lot of stuff to improve on it before I let it go. So there ... proof positive!

It says in the Bible that no one will know the day or the time so it could be or could not be. Of course God is real! Here's my lasagna recipe:

1 pkg lasagna noodles

1 lb ground beef

1lb sweet Italian sausage

1 24 oz container of ricotta cheese

1 16 oz package of mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese

1 large jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce (I buy the 4 lb 2 oz jar of Ragu Traditional)

1 8 oz can of tomato sauce

1 egg

2 tsp minced garlic

1-2 Tbls olive oil

Italian seasoning to taste (I use McCormick's grinders)

Salt and pepper to taste

Cook the ground beef and sausage together in a skillet, drain and transfer to a stockpot. Dump in spaghetti sauce, tomato sauce, olive oil, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Simmer over low heat for 2 hours stirring occasionally. 30 minutes before the sauce is finished boil your noodles and make the ricotta cheese mixture by mixing the ricotta, the egg and a 1/2 cup of the mozzarella cheese. When the sauce is done put a thin layer in the bottom of a 13x9 baking dish, then cover with a layer of noodles, a layer of sauce, then ricotta and then more sauce. Continue to layer in that order until all ingredients are used up. Top with the reamining mozzarella and parmesan then cover with foil and cook for 40-45 minutes in a preheated 350 degree oven. Let cool for about 30 minutes and enjoy!

I don't know, nobody knows when the world is coming to end, except for God. Not even Jesus knows, only God. So who knows? maybe the world is ending Dec 11 2011 or maybe not. However we can see what is happening in the world (for example terrrorism, natural disasters, a lot of atheists and people who abandon God) from Revelations in the Bible and make some guesses, but any date we guess on can't be proven.

Oh sorry, I'm a terrible cook and I can't cook lasagna.

The world does not end or begin, but occasionally cycles end and begin, as in the near future, with many at once. We're not sure when the Mayan calender actually begins, so there's wiggle room as to when it ends; best guesstimate so far is Dec 2012.

The nature of God is research able now with the Net; just use discernment as there's a lot of disinfo out there.

Hello Cowgirl, I have heard of this too, I saw a documentary on this subject on Discovery. The only difference is, I heard it was in 2012 December 21, 2012 to be exact. They say this date because a lot of ancient civilizations like the Chinese, Roman and Mayan to name a few, all agreed on that one date. If you were to research the Maya people, for example, you would be amazed at how accurately they predicted things like lunar and solar eclipses, down to the exact day, years before they took place ( pretty amazing stuff ). When you consider they had no modern technology like today. So to answer your question, no one knows for sure ( obviously) but it is pretty scary to think about, you see all these civilizations had one thing in common, their calanders were very accurate and actually all end on one specific date, December 21, 2012. I guess it all comes down to belief and one thing is for sure as a planet, we should definitely clean up or act. War is obviously a major factor in the world and it probably will never end, religion and differences in beliefs, will never go away. Pollution is my number one concern, but I don't know if by 2012 it will cause the end of the world, but if you add everything together war, pollution and global warming, one thing is for sure it's really scary.

My guess is November 11, 2011. If the world doesn't end, we still get the fun of writting "11/11/11" on things. How cool is that?

And as a matter of fact, I do make a pretty good lasagna. We can make a dinner date for 11/11/11, and I'll give you my recipe.
