Twitter hashtag search to database?

I need to be able to take all Twitter tweets with a particular hashtag and fetch them into a database/spreadsheet.

I know that I can find a particular hashtag with the http://hashtags.org/tag/whatevertaghere page, but I can't find a way to convert it to an RSS feed or some other usable format.

    I went to http://hashtags.org/tag/potter

    and saw a "subscribe" link on the right side and clicked it... It was an rss feed.
