Knee Pain........what could this be?
A while ago (5 months ago) knee pain started to develop right after I hurt my back. My backs is fine now but within the past 3 days the knee pain has worsened. I made a bed step and now it hurts even more. Basically when I flex my knee it feels as if my knee will have clicking above the knee cap. If my extend my knee it feels as if I will have a clicking below the knee. The knee is also stiff and its hard to put weight on it. The pain isn't so bad and has subsided by a lot but the clicking is very annoying........
What can this be?I have had an ACL tear a long time ago in my other knee and it does not hurt. However I did have some sort of injury that required surgery for my current hurting knee to which I did not want and the pain went away after a month.

It would be hard to diagnose your injury over the internet. But when one thing in your body is out of sorts, the rest of you will follow. For example, my left foot turns inward more than my right. So my left knee and hip give me problems when I don't wear proper shoes.
Your back injury likely made you put more pressure and load on the affected knee. You should see a doctor or physio to help correct this problem. With a past knee injury there, it would be hard to tell you anything else.
