Here is quick and easy way to do it.

Buy Zataran's red beans and rice (in a box)

Add some cut up sausage and also some spicy sausage and anything else you would like in it. It does'nt taste like a box mix. It tastes like red beans and rice from Louisiana. Yum,yum

simmer some sausage in a skillet, add chopped onion, bell peppers, whatever you have available....simmer all together, add a can of beans, cook. Then do your rice....as you cook it more often, you'll find your own recipe....
