there is NO quick way mate.
I am a brit married to a US citizen and have only JUST become able to apply for citizenship.
Green cards also pretty hard to get unless you fall into one of the categories [which MOST of the time brits do not]
If you already work for the firm can they not allow you to transfer and if they do MAKE sure you get FULL medical paid for by them.

The general rule of thumb is, after you get your green card, five years. It can be shortened, by marrying a citizen, or serving in the US armed forces, but at most, it'll cut two years off the time.

believe me,..you dont want it..
there is no benefit scheme here AT ALL should you fall on hard times..
we are overrun with about 30 million illegal mexicans/hispanics (not including the millions more legal refugees) this is turning into a third world slum.. stay out for your own good
