Is it true that after a medical miscarriage ERPC the chances of conceiving are increased?

I have been told that after an ERPC medical miscarriage the chances of actually getting pregnant are higher because the area has been cleaned out ready for a fresh implantation..

is this true or not?

Firstly sorry to hear of yr M/C. Its 50/50...some friends who have had miscarriages get pregnant straight away. howver i had a miscarriage in may and still havent got pregnant so think it depends. Although my doctor told me to wait 3 months before trying again to give your body time to heal. Good luck xx

I agree with mommyz. My sister got pregant straight away again afterwards. However, for me it took a couple of years (but it turns out I have PCOS, so don't lose hope by that statement!). So it does seem to be 50/50.
